Noda takes the EU roles itself. Warehouses and representatives in other countries are partners, chosen with you for each assignment. You see every price before you decide, and you have one contact person.
Short answer
We do the regulated work ourselves: customs declarations, the EU responsible person, VAT and packaging representation in Estonia. Storage and local registrations in other countries come from partners. You sign with the partner and pay it directly. We invoice only our own work.

How we pick a partner
- Only when you need one
- We start from your products, volumes, countries and customers.
- Checked before you see a price
- Licences, insurance and references, before the partner reaches your proposal.
- The partner's price, then your decision
- You get the partner's own quote. If you agree, you sign with the partner and it invoices you directly. We invoice only our own work.
- One person follows up
- Your contact person deals with the partner. You don't chase anyone.
- Bring your own forwarder or accountant
- Your forwarder delivers to the warehouse; your accountant works with us on your file.
- The exit is in the contract
- Roles and stock can move out with 30 days' notice. We hand over your documents and data.
