Packaging EPR representative in Estonia

A seller from abroad that places packaging on the Estonian market must appoint a representative established in Estonia and sign a contract with a packaging scheme. This applies at any volume. Noda acts as your representative and files your reports.

  • You sell to customers in Estonia from outside the EU.

How it works

    Your request

    You tell us your packaging materials and their approximate weight.

  2. 2

    Mandate and payment

    You sign the mandate and we accept it in writing.

  3. 3

    Scheme contract

    This usually takes a few days, sometimes up to two weeks.

  4. 4

    Reports

    Each quarter you send your data or connect your store, and we do the rest. The scheme files the annual report with the register itself.

Common questions

Do I need this for just a few orders a year?
Yes. The law sets no minimum volume.

Will I get a registration number?
In Estonia, the seller gets no separate number. You are entered in the register through the scheme.

Can I work with the scheme directly?
Yes. Then you sign the contract with the scheme and file the reports yourself. With us, we do both.

How do I leave?
Either side can end the contract with 30 days' notice. The fee for a year already started is not refunded. If you don't send your data or pay an invoice, we can end the role.

Who is responsible for what?
You answer for the accuracy of your data. We answer for filing the reports on time.

What if I need other countries?
Estonia is part of Packaging EPR, which covers up to 27 EU countries. In that plan, the representative role costs €100 a year.
